Our Service Policy

To ensure prompt service, we require appointments for hair services. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we would appreciate at least a 48-hour notice or a charge of up to 50% of your scheduled service price, which will be added to your next visit. For hair extension clients, a 48-hour notice is required, or a deposit is non-refundable.
